AskmeBazaar has announced that it is recording $1 million worth of daily transactions from its hyperlocal model, which connects local buyers to sellers. Askmebazaar claims that its hyperlocal model is extremely beneficial to sellers as it not only helps build a local buyer base, but also guarantees faster payment settlements.

Benefits of hyperlocal model:

  • Building ecosystem of local sellers
  • Promises faster delivery
  • Ensures no in-transit damage
  • Provides local warranty and billing
  • Easy availability of bulk quantities and local deals
“AskMe, because of its legacy of long relationships with over 14 million businesses across the country, has the right DNA for hyperlocal. In the last one year, the group has been successful in rolling out and scaling up multiple hyperlocal businesses that are significantly more efficient than the current inventory based models,” said Kiran Murthi, CEO, AskmeBazaar.
